This collection is intended to make sure everyone can enjoy a bit of chocolate on Valentine's Day, regardless of dietary restrictions. In
addition to three conventionally sourced chocolates, I've included chocolates that are sugar-free, gluten-free, vegan, organic, and fair trade.
